The Northumberland Estates is applying for Listed Building Consent for Rebuilding/replacing of damaged chimney stack. The property is a listed building. It is considered that the development proposed may affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area.

North Tyneside Council is applying for Listed Building and planning permission for Removal of the existing tidal causeway connecting the headland to St Mary’s Island and construction of a replacement causeway, including the disconnection, diversion and reinstatement of utilities, associated foundation and tie-in works, ecological mitigation and enhancement, and temporary construction works.
