P2026/2285/LBC — 26, Remington Street, London, N1 8DH - Internal repair and refurbishment works, including repair and reinstatement of existing timber floors, acoustic insulation between floor joists, staircase repairs, bathroom refurbishment, alterations to heating and electrical services, installation of fire-detection equipment, limited alterations to internal door openings, repair of existing windows, and replacement of later second-floor casement windows with painted timber units to match the existing. No extension or demolition of the listed building is proposed.
