In accordance with the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 Halton Borough Council is required to advertise the following application:
26/00357/FUL
Proposed erection of a Class B2 (general industrial) building to be sub-divided into ten units, together with associated parking, servicing and manoeuvring areas, hard and soft landscaping, drainage infrastructure and other associated external works, to be accessed via a new vehicular access connection onto Mersey View Road at Land to The South Of Mersey View Road Widnes Cheshire.
The application can be viewed at https://webapp.halton.gov.uk/planningapps/. Alternatively, it can be viewed at Halton Direct Link at Rutland House, Halton Lea, Runcorn WA7 2ES, Halton Direct Link at 7 Brook Street, Widnes WA8 6NB or any of the Council libraries.
