I give notice that Valeria Giussi Rocha and Jose Lopez Santos are applying to Horsham District Council for planning permission to change of use of the land from amenity land to residential curtilage and the erection of fencing over 1 metre in height adjacent to the highway on the empty and unregistered piece of land directly adjacent to the rear of our garden.
Any owner of the land who wishes to make representations about this application should write to: Planning Department, Horsham District Council, Albery House, Springfield Road, Horsham, West Sussex, RH12 2GB within 14 days beginning with the date of publication of this notice.
NB “Owner” also includes a person with a leasehold interest, the unexpired term of which is at least 7 years.
