Proposal: Proposed improvements at existing garden centre site including garden
centre shop and canopy extensions, car park and servicing reconfiguration, landscaping
and all associated site works. Location: Creative Gardens Logwood, 8 Logwood Road, Ballyclare, Co. Antrim, BT39 9LR.
A Public Information Event will take place on Thursday 8th October 2026, from 3 pm-7pm at Ballyclare Town Hall, The Square, Ballyclare, BT39 9BB.

The website will be live from 24 th September 2026 to 5pm on 28th October 2026. If you wish to make comments on the proposals you may do so via the online feedback
form on the Website, during the event or in writing to: Pleydell Smithyman Limited, 20a The Wharfage, Ironbridge, Telford, Shropshire, TF8 7NH which must be
received no later than 5pm on Wednesday 28th October 2026.
Please note: This notice does not relate to a planning application. Comments should not be made to Antrim & Newtonabbey Borough Council. Any comments made to the
prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority.
If a planning application is subsequently submitted to Antrim & Newtonabbey Borough Council, normal neighborhood notification and publicity will be undertaken
