Ar 10 Hydref 2025, cyflwynodd Cyngor Sir Penfro Gynllun Datblygu Lleol 2 Sir Benfro 2017–2033 i Lywodraeth Cymru i’w archwilio yn unol ag adran 64(1) o Ddeddf Cynllunio a Phrynu Gorfodol 2004. Os, caiff polisïau ac argymhellion LDP2 eu mabwysiadu, byddant yn disodli’r Cynllun Datblygu Lleol (2013–2021) ac yn sail i benderfyniadau ar gynllunio defnydd tir ar gyfer ardal Sir Benfro, ac eithrio’r Parc Cenedlaethol.

Mae Gweinidogion Cymru wedi penodi Ian Stevens BA (Anrh) MCD MRTPI i gynnal archwiliad annibynnol o Gynllun Datblygu Lleol 2 Sir Benfro 2017–2033.
Dim ond y rhai a wnaeth sylwadau ‘yn briodol’ i geisio newid y Cynllun Datblygu Lleol Adneuo (h.y. yn unol â hysbysiadau cynharach), sydd â’r hawl i ymddangos gerbron yr arolygydd ac i leisio eu barn yn yr archwiliad (adran 64(6) o Ddeddf 2004), ynghyd â chynrychiolwyr ar y newidiadau â ffocws sy’n dymuno ymddangos yn yr archwiliad.
Drwy hyn, mae Cyngor Sir Penfro yn hysbysu y bydd y gwrandawiad archwilio’n cael ei gynnal fel a ganlyn:

Wythnos 3: dydd Mawrth 1 Rhagfyr, dydd Mercher 2 Rhagfyr a dydd Iau 3 Rhagfyr.
Bydd sesiynau’r gwrandawiad yn dechrau am 10am ac fel arfer byddant yn cael eu cynnal rhwng 10am ac 1pm a 2pm a 5pm bob dydd.

Cynhelir sesiynau’r gwrandawiad ar ffurf rithwir.
Mae sesiynau’r gwrandawiad yn ddigwyddiadau cyhoeddus a byddant ar gael i’r cyhoedd a phobl nad ydynt yn cymryd rhan i’w gwylio hefyd.
Gall unrhyw gyfranogwyr sesiwn gwrandawiad na allant ymuno o bell o’u cartref neu leoliad gwaith ddod i Neuadd y Sir i gymryd rhan. Darperir seddi ac offer TG yn Neuadd y Sir i hwyluso hyn. Gofynnir i unrhyw gyfranogwyr sesiwn gwrandawiad sy’n dymuno manteisio ar yr opsiwn hwn hysbysu’r Swyddog Rhaglen (gweler manylion cyswllt isod) erbyn 23 Hydref 2026 fan bellaf, fel y gellir rhoi’r trefniadau priodol ar waith.

NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT OF EXAMINATION HEARINGS
Pembrokeshire Local Development Plan 2 2017–2033

The Town and Country Planning (Local Development Plan) (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2015
On 10 October 2025, Pembrokeshire County Council submitted the Pembrokeshire Local Development Plan 2 2017–2033 to the Welsh Government for examination in accordance with section 64(1) of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. If, and when, the policies and proposals in LDP2 are adopted, they will replace the Local Development Plan (2013–2021) and form the basis for decisions on land use planning for the area of Pembrokeshire excluding the National Park.

The Welsh Ministers have appointed Ian Stevens BA (Hons) MCD MRTPI to undertake an independent examination of the Pembrokeshire Local Development Plan 2 2017–2033.
Only those who made representations seeking to change the Deposit Local Development Plan whose representations were ‘duly made’ (i.e. in accordance with earlier notices), have the right to appear before and be heard by the Inspector at the Examination (Section 64(6) of the 2004 Act), along with representors on the Focussed Changes who wish to appear at the Examination.
Pembrokeshire County Council hereby gives notice that the examination hearing will be held as follows:
DATES & TIMES OF HEARING
Week 1: Tuesday 10 November, Wednesday 11 November and Thursday 12 November.
Week 2: Tuesday 17 November, Wednesday 18 November and Thursday 19 November.
Week 3: Tuesday 1 December, Wednesday 2 December and Thursday 3 December.
Hearing sessions will commence at 10.00 and will normally run between 10.00 and 13.00 and 14.00 and 17.00 each day.
PLACE
The hearing sessions will be held virtually.
The hearing sessions are public events and will be available for non-participants and the public to observe.
Any hearing session participants who cannot join remotely from their home or work location can come into County Hall to participate. Seating and IT equipment will be provided at County Hall to facilitate this. Any hearing session participants who wish to take up this option are requested to notify the Programme Officer (see contact details below) no later than 23rd October 2026, so that the appropriate arrangements can be put in place.
