REASON FOR INQUIRY Appeal by Obsidian Strategic Asset Management Limited
Relating to the application to South Oxfordshire District Council for Outline planning application for up to 200 dwellings, a site and buildings of up to 2 hectares for Class E (e) and/or (f) and/or Class F1 (a) and/or Class F2 (b) uses and public open space with all matters reserved except access at Land off Sires Hill, Southeast of B4016, Didcot, Oxfordshire, OX14 4PS
An Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State will hold an Inquiry opening on the date shown above to decide the appeal.
Members of the public may attend the Inquiry and, at the Inspector’s discretion, express their views.
