Planning Obligation:
Application pursuant to S106A of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to modify the provisions in the Deed of Planning Obligation dated 14 June 2019 (16/00527/FUL) as modified by Deed of planning obligation 21/00054/S106 dated 27 April 2021, and 21/00948/NONMAT dated 21 July 2021, and 21/02213/S106 dated 28 October 2022, and 22/02399/NONMAT dated 27 July 2023. The proposed amendments relate to definition of Shared Ownership terms.
