26/42589/FUL - Stafford Town Centre Stafford - Change of use for filming - Eastgate House, Martin Street, St Martins Place, St Chads Place, Market Square, Market Street and traffic and pavement control on Eastgate Street

26/42279/FUL - Ingestre Golf Club Ingestre Park Road Ingestre - Relocation of the existing golf course maintenance facility, comprising the erection of a new purpose-built maintenance building and associated service yard. The proposal also includes the construction of new entrance feature walls and gates at the main driveway, alongside associated hard and soft landscaping, drainage infrastructure, and biodiversity enhancements.

26/42710/DCLB - 16 Martin Street Stafford Staffordshire - Discharge of Conditions 5 and 6 on 23/38071/LBC Members of the public may view the application documents online or at Stafford Borough Council, Civic Centre, Stafford during office hours until 14 October 2026.

Anyone who wishes to make representations about these applications should write to the Development Department at Stafford Borough Council Civic Centre, Riverside, Stafford, ST16 3AQ by 14 October 2026.
