I give notice that Mr Neal Jillings is applying to East Devon District Council for planning permission:-
Application Number: 26/1797/MOUT
Outline application, with access to be determined and all other matters reserved, for up to 41 dwellings with associated access, public open space, landscaping, drainage and infrastructure, including the provision of acoustic mitigation.
The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
