Notice is given that Rochdale Borough Council intends to appropriate the following land as set out below:-
Land at Denehurst House, Denehurst Park, Edenfield Road, Rochdale, OL11 5AU (site area approximately 1,050sq.m) which consists of property which is to be used as military veterans residential accommodation.
A plan showing the property to be included in the appropriation may be viewed on the Council's website: https://consultations.rochdale.gov.uk/council-wide/ legalnotices/
Objections to the intended appropriation must be made in writing and addressed to:
