The Authority has received the following applications: Listed Building Consent

NP5/57/LB410C - Replace existing boiler, installing a new balanced flue, and replacing waste pipe, Crown House, 1 Marian Road, Dolgellau. LL40 1DT

NP5/57/LB50M - Internal and external works, including replacement rooflights, the demolition of the existing external fire escape stair and the existing red brick chimney, installation of PV panels, and for internal remodelling to facilitate change of use to provide four high-quality supported living units for adults with support needs.
