NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Borough Council has received applications for Planning Permission (including under the General Regulations 1992), Listed Building Consent, potential Departure, Major Development or which may affect a Conservation Area, Public Right of Way or for works to trees in a Conservation Area or covered by a Tree Preservation Order.
Runtley Wood Farm Bungalow, Runtley Wood Lane, Sutton Green, Guildford PLAN/2026/0631/ML: The erection of a one and a half storey dwelling with associated parking and landscaping following the demolition of the existing bungalow.
Qaro, Pyrford Heath, Pyrford, Woking. PLAN/2026/0625/ML: Erection of a replacement two-storey detached dwelling following the demolition of the existing single-storey dwellinghouse.
The Cornerstone, Locke Way, Woking. PLAN/2026/0609/BRB: The conversion of the existing ancillary space at ground floor level to create 4 x residential (Class C3) dwellings; private amenity space and other associated works.
First and Second Floors, 61A, 61 Old Woking Road, West Byfleet. PLAN/2026/0493/TS: Proposed change of use of the first and second floor from office (Use Class E(g)(i)) to one 3-bedroom residential maisonette (Use Class C3) and the insertion of one new window to the first-floor northeast side.
199 Old Woking Road, Woking. PLAN/2026/0532/CB: Listed Building Consent for replacement of two windows (retrospective).
