REASON FOR INQUIRY
Application for planning permission by Taylor Wimpey South East referred to the Secretary of State under section 77 of the 1990 Act for;
Outline application with all matters reserved (except access) for a development of up to 150 dwellings (Use Class C3), including affordable dwellings, and associated landscaping, public open space and infrastructure works.
at Land west of Norwood Lane, Meopham, Gravesend
An Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State will hold an Inquiry opening on the date shown above.
The Inquiry will be livestreamed to the public via the Council’s YouTube channel (https://www.youtube.com/user/graveshamtv). YouTube is being used solely as a viewing platform for the broadcast. As the Inquiry will be livestreamed, anyone who chooses to speak at the Inquiry will be deemed to have consented to being recorded and photographed, and for that recording to be broadcast and made available online.
Members of the public may attend the Inquiry and, at the Inspector’s discretion, express their views.
