NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following application(s) have been made to the Flintshire County Council in respect of the above legislation.

LBC/000737/26 & FUL/000736/26 – Listed Building & Planning Applications for demolition of existing conservatory and construction of timber decked seating area at Plas Hafod Hotel, Hafod Road, Gwernymynydd. (This development affects the special character of a Listed Building).

FUL/000732/26 – Single storey extension to rear of existing premises at 61 High Street, Holywell. (This development affects the setting of a Listed Building within a Conservation Area).

A copy of the application, plans and other documents may be inspected by members of the public until 9th October 2026 on our website at https://planning.agileapplications.co.uk/flintshire.
