CNOC FARASD WIND FARM - ERECTION AND OPERATION OF A WIND FARM FOR A PERIOD 35 YEARS, COMPRISING UP TO 6 TURBINES WITH A MAXIMUM BLADE TIP HEIGHT OF 149.9 METERS, BATTERY ENERGY STORAGE SYSTEM (BESS), AND ANCILLARY INFRASTRUCTURE AT LAND 2KM NE OF THE LODGE BUNTAIT GLENURQUHART DRUMNADROCHIT

The Council has received Supplementary Environmental Information (SEI) for the application made by E Power Limited on land at Land 2KM NE Of The Lodge Buntait Glenurquhart Drumnadrochit. The application is development falling within the Regulations as Environmental Impact Assessment development and accordingly is supported by an Environmental Impact Assessment Report and SEI. The application reference number is 25/04604/FUL.

A copy of the application, with a plan showing the land to which it relates, together with a copy of the EIA Report and SEI discussing the proposals in more detail and presenting an analysis of the environmental implications, can be viewed via the Council's planning portal at http://wam.highland.gov.uk/wam/ by
entering the reference number given above or by appointment between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm, Monday to Friday at the Infrastructure, Environment and Economy Service, Council Headquarters, Glenurquhart Road, Inverness, IV3 5NX and by appointment between the hours of Monday to Friday,
10:00am - 12:30pm and 1:30pm - 4:30pm at Inverness Service Point, Town House, Castle Street, Inverness, IV1 1JJ.

The deadline for receipt of comments is 30 days from the date of publication of this notice.

Any subsequent additional information which is submitted by the applicant will be subject to further public notice in this manner, and representations to such information will be accepted as per this notice.

The Council will acknowledge receipt of comments but is unable to respond individually to points or questions raised. Please note that your comments will be published online. Please quote the application reference number in your correspondence. The possible decisions on the application are either approve with or without conditions or refuse.
