NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the receipt of the following application.

1) Conversion and extension of existing stable block into detached 3 bedroom bungalow and change of use of paddocks to residential curtilage

At Land Rear Of Barton Road Sutton At Hone Kent (Application Ref. No. DA/26/01026/FUL) which could be a departure from the Adopted Development Plan and which will in the opinion of the Local Authority, affect the setting of a public right of way.

2) Removal of existing driving range bays and erection of 4 x covered padel courts, outdoor terrace, redirected public footpath, landscaping and ancillary works at Birchwood Park Golf And Country Club Birchwood Road Wilmington

(Application Reference: DA/26/01025/FUL) which falls within the category of a Major Development under the provisions of the General Development Order, could be a departure from the Adopted Development Plan and which will in the opinion of the Local Authority, affect the setting of a public right of way.

3) Conversion of existing outbuilding into a detached dwelling including two front pitched dormers and alterations to fenestration

At 6 High Road Wilmington Kent (Application Ref. DA/26/00976/FUL).

which will, in the opinion of the Local Planning Authority, affect the character or appearance of the Church Hill Conservation Area

4) Removal of existing polytunnel and installation of fully covered canopy structure containing 5 padel courts and ancillary facilities together with engineering operations including changes to land levels to create a raised level surface for padel courts and erection of retaining walls, 2m high fencing, new hardsurfacing, landscaping, parking, and SuDs pond

At Hawley Garden Centre Hawley Road Hawley (Application Ref. No. DA/25/00602/FUL)-Revised and additional information received
which falls within the category of a Major Development under the provisions of the General Development Order.
