Take notice that application is being made by: Pigeon Capital Management 2 Ltd For planning permission to: Outline planning application (with all matters reserved except access to the public highway) for a residential-led mixed-use development comprising up to 400 dwellings (Use Class C3), a care home (up to 80 beds, Use Class C2), elderly extra care/assisted living (up to 80 homes, Use Class C2 and/or C3), and a local centre, comprising a mixture of complimentary uses, including residential accommodation, local retail, and early years provision (Use Classes E and F), together with mobility hubs, public open space, public realm amenity space and outdoor play space, including a new Country Park (Suitable Alternative Natural Greenspace (SANG)) and associated landscaping and infrastructure Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted: Epping Forest District Council Local Planning Authority address: Civil Offices, 323 High Street, Epping, CM16 4BZ

Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days of the date of this notice.
