The following planning applications are those affecting the setting of a Listed Building, a Conservation Area, a Public Right of Way, or major applications and are available to view on our website. Views relating to the planning applications listed below should be made by 08 October 2026 quoting the reference number. All views expressed regarding a planning application will be considered and placed on a file, which is open to the public.

BERWICK ST. JOHN PL/2026/05057 – Lower Bridmore Farm – removal of condition 4 of PL/2026/02400; PL/2026/05632 – Lower Bridmore Farm – alterations to roofing and joinery materials;

BISHOPSTONE PL/2026/05425 – The Old Malthouse, Broadchalke Road – replacement storage barn;

DOWNTON PL/2026/05341 – Radnor House, The Headlands – retrospective erection of garden shed & pergola;

LAVERSTOCK & FORD PL/2026/05572 – Land at Mitre Way, Old Sarum – outline application for policing hub, storage, washdown and fuel buildings, external storage, parking & access;

TEFFONT PL/2026/05245 & PL/2026/05630 – The Malthouse, Teffont – conversion of outbuilding to ancillary accommodation & photovoltaic panels;

TIDWORTH PL/2026/05138 & PL/2026/05754 – Tedworth Equestrian Centre, Tidworth – reinstatement & repair of perimeter wall;

TISBURY PL/2026/04182 – Place Farm, Court Street – creation of bridge, footpath link, pavement & pedestrian crossing;
