Anyone who wishes to comment should do so in writing within 21 days, to the Head of Housing & Development Control, Town Hall, Manchester Road, Burnley, BB11 9SA. Tel. 425011 or planning@burnley. gov.uk quoting the application reference. Comments received later may not be able to be taken into account. Most replies will be open to public inspection.
