Anyone who wishes to comment should do so in writing within 21 days, to the Head of Housing & Development Control, Town Hall, Manchester Road, Burnley, BB11 9SA. Tel. 425011 or planning@burnley. gov.uk quoting the application reference. Comments received later may not be able to be taken into account. Most replies will be open to public inspection.
Please note, in the event of an appeal against the decision of the Local Planning Authority, if the appeal is to be dealt with via the Part 1 written representations appeal procedure, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
