Proposed development at Land at River Court, River Close,

Wanstead, Greater London, E11 2LB. I give notice that River Court

Holdings Ltd is applying to the London Borough of Redbridge

Council for planning permission for demolition of existing garages

and construction of 2 storey residential development comprising 5no.

dwellinghouses with associated hard and soft landscaping works,

cycle storage, waste / refuse, and amenity space. Any owner or

tenant who wishes to make representations about this application

should write to the Council at Planning Department, Lynton House,

255 - 259 High Road, Ilford, IG1 1NY

In the event that an appeal is made against a decision of the Council,

and that appeal then proceeds by way of the expedited procedure

under the written representations procedure to refuse to grant

planning permission for the proposed development, and that appeal

then proceeds by way of the expedited procedure under the written

representations procedure, any representations made by the owner

or tenant to the Council about this application will be passed to the

Secretary of State and there will be no opportunity to make further

representations. Any owner or tenant wishing to make representations

should do so by the date given above.
