Take notice that Everards of Leicestershire Limited is applying to Coventry City Council for Listed Building Consent for: Installation of a new electricity substation on land owned by the Canal & River Trust, together with associated electrical infrastructure, transformer, switchgear, underground cabling, service connections, ducting, security fencing, access and all associated engineering works, including the diversion and undergrounding of existing overhead electricity lines, to improve the resilience of the local electricity network and facilitate the future redevelopment of the adjoining Greyhound Public House site. Including work within the outside barn and meter housing as approved
under LB/2019/2998.
