The following applications have been received and are available to view via our website www.eaststaffsbc.gov.uk Any person wishing to make representation should do so in writing to me at the Town Hall, King Edward Place, Burton upon Trent, DE14 2EB not later than 24 days from the publication of this notice quoting the application number.
For any householder applications listed below, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
