NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Proposed development at: The Greyhound Inn, 20 Sutton Stop, Coventry, CV6 6DF Take notice that Everards of Leicestershire Limited is applying to Coventry City Council for planning permission for: Installation of a new electricity substation on land owned by the Canal & River Trust, together with associated electrical infrastructure, transformer, switchgear, underground cabling, service connections, ducting, security fencing, access and all associated engineering works, including the diversion and undergrounding of existing overhead electricity lines, to improve the resilience of the local electricity network and facilitate the future redevelopment of the adjoining Greyhound Public House site. Including work within the outside barn and meter housing as approved under LB/2019/2998.

Application Reference: PL/2026/0001191/FUL

Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application should write to: Development Management, Coventry City Council, PO Box 15, Earl Street, Coventry, CV1 5RR within 14 days beginning with the date of publication of this notice.
