NOTICE OF INTENTION TO DISPOSE OF OPEN SPACE
Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 that Stocktonon-
Tees Borough Council plans to dispose of:
• Land to the north of Bothal Walk, Stockton-on-Tees, TS19 8UP. The proposed disposal will be by way of an easement for a proposed foul sewer.
• Land adjacent to 2 Yorkway, Thornaby, Stockton-on- Tees, TS17 6BX. Disposal of land to be on a freehold basis for B2 and B8 use only. Measuring 137.6 sq.m or thereabouts.
A plan showing the affected land area is available for inspection upon request by email at landandproperty@stockton.gov.uk
Any objections or representations regarding the proposed disposal should be submitted in writing to the Valuation and Property Manager, Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council, at landandproperty@stockton.gov.uk
Objections must be received no later than 2 October 2026.
