I GIVE NOTICE THAT the following application is being made to the Council of the Borough of North Tyneside:
17 St Georges Crescent Whitley Bay – APPLICATION NO: 26/01084/FULH
Richard Miles is applying for planning permission for Single storey side extension and a single storey rear extension with internal reconfigurations. It is considered that the development proposed may affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area. As this is a householder application, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
