Proposed development at Land at the junction of Moorgate Street, Dark Lane & Den Lane, Uppermill, Oldham OL3 6DD. I give notice that Mr & Mrs Stanton is applying to Oldham Metropolitan Borough Council for planning permission to: Proposed self-build dwelling and associated access arrangements, retaining walls and landscaping.
Any owner* or tenant** who wishes to make representations about this application should write to the Council at: Planning & Infrastructure, Oldham Metropolitan Borough Council, Spindles Shopping Centre, Oldham OL1 1LF by 08/10/2026.
* “owner” means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than 7 years
** “tenant” means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
