The following applications have been submitted for planning permission and Notice is hereby given under:-

a.  Section 67 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990:-

b. Section 67 and 73 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990:

26/00710/FULHH Addition of 2 bedrooms, lounge, kitchen, dining area and conservatories for existing house and extension including removal of existing old conservatory. Mill House 21 Mill Lane Asfordby Leicestershire

26/00698/FULHH Proposed single storey rear extension. 2 The Green Stathern Leicestershire LE14 4HH

A copy of each application will be available for inspection from 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. Monday to Friday at Parkside, Burton Street, Melton Mowbray LE13 1GH. They will also be available on the website www.melton.gov.uk/viewplans, from where comments can be submitted.

Any person who wishes to make representations to the Council, should do so in writing to within 21 days from the publication of this notice. Any representations submitted will become available for public inspection. For householder applications, in the event of an appeal dealt with by representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
