Watlington - Land Ownership Research for Proposed Relief Road
What is planned?
OXFORDSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
Oxfordshire County Council (“the Council”) is applying to Oxfordshire County Council to seek planning permission (Planning Application Reference: R3.0010/24) for the Watlington Relief Road running from the western side of Watlington on the B4009, looping northwards and connecting back to the B4009 on the eastern side of the town.
The Council has commissioned Gateley Hamer Limited to act on its behalf to research land ownership and undertake Land Referencing work in connection with the area known as Plot 4A, situated south of highway known as Cuxham Road (B480), Watlington (‘the Land’).
This information is being gathered so that all parties with a potential interest in ‘the land’, including those who may have rights over the land affected by the scheme, can be formally notified and contacted, to enable the Council to deliver the Watlington Relief Road scheme.
If you are the owner or occupier of this land, or are aware of anyone who may own or occupy it, please contact us within 14 days via email Jennifer.butterfill@gateleyhamer.com, or to Gateley Hamer Limited, 2000 Cathedral Square, Cathedral Hill, Guildford, GU2 7YL.
