Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) Order 2015, as may be amended.

Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been made to Chesterfield Borough Council.

CHE/26/00756/LBC – Retrospective consent for cleaning of internal masonry & historic roof timbers, removal of deteriorated secondary timber floor elements, & repair & lime mortar repointing of external masonry at Cannon Mill, Dock Walk, S40 2AB. Reason: Listed Building Consent.

CHE/26/00779/VCON – Variation of conditions 1 (Approved drawings) and 3 (Painting of flue cowling) of application CHE/26/00091/HOU, AND CHE/26/00780/LBC – Installation of a replacement flue, both at Plover Hill Farm, Farm House View, Wetlands Lane, Brimington, S43 1QG. Reasons: Listed Building Consent, Setting of a listed building.
