26/P/1814/S73 - Section 73 application to vary condition 8 (Not more than 8 children shall be permitted in the rear garden at any one time, and the garden shall only be used between 10.30am to 12pm and 2.30pm to 4pm) attached to permission 96/0827 (change of use to nursery day school) to allow use of the outdoor space during operational hours of the nursery from 8am to 6pm at Rainbow Smiles Nursery, 39 Charlton Road, Weston-super-Mare.
