What is planned?

MOLE VALLEY DISTRICT COUNCIL

Notice Is Hereby Given that the District Council has received applications for planning permission, Listed Building Consent, a Departure, Major Development, Significant Development, or which may affect a Public Right of Way as the case may be for developments as briefly described in the following schedule.

MO/2026/01278: BRISTOW COTTAGE RECTORY LANE CHARLWOOD RH6 0EF: Installation of root barrier.

MO/2026/01281: Unit 3, Crouch Industrial Estate, Barnett Wood Lane, Leatherhead, Surrey: Variation of Conditions 2, 7 and 8 of planning permission MO/2025/0430 (allowed on appeal ref. APP/C3620/W/25/3375794) for the demolition of the existing unit and erection of a replacement building to provide self-storage floorspace across four levels (Use Class B8) to allow the addition of a canopy at the entrance and changes to materials and parking arrangements.

MO/2026/01288: DAUB COTTAGE 35 CHURCH STREET LEATHERHEAD KT22 8EH: Replacement and repair of existing timber cladding and stain. Repair of existing timber window and paint white.

MO/2026/01296: NATIONWIDE BUILDING SOCIETY 164 HIGH STREET DORKING RH4 1UR: Installation of combined defibrillator and bleed kit cabinet to external wall of Nationwide Building Society branch. Copies of these applications and plans are open for inspection at www.molevalley.gov.uk. Representations should be submitted to me in writing by 8th October 2026
