Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been received:

Major Development, Application: 24/26/0020: Application for outline planning application with all matters reserved except for access for the proposed development of up to 32 dwellings, accesses, landscaping, and associated infrastructure at Land to the East of Windmill Hill, North Curry.

Listed Building and/or in a Conservation Area, Application: 3/26/26/011: Installation of replacement uPVC rainwater goods with cast iron, and new downpipe positions. Repairs to existing windows and doors at Binham Grange, Old Cleeve, Watchet, Minehead, TA24 6HX.

The applications can be viewed online www.somerset.gov.uk/planning-west or at Council Offices & libraries. Comments must be submitted in writing either online, by email planningwest@somerset.gov.uk or posted to Somerset Planning West, County Hall, Taunton TA1 4DY within 21 days (quote the application number). Please include your name, postal & email address for your comments to be recorded. Responses will be made available for public inspection.
