The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan for the area.
Application No: 26/00322/FUL
Proposal: Proposed single storey and two storey extensions
Location: Two Ducks Farm Deep Lane Hardstoft Chesterfield
Application No: 26/00330/VAR
Proposal: Variation of conditions 2 (Approved Drawings),3 (Materials), 5 (Drainage), 7 (Lighting Fixtures), 8 (Parking) and 9 (Minimise the spread of airborne dust) of planning application 25/00332/FUL
Location: 15 Langwith Road Bolsover
The proposed development affects the setting of a listed building, and/or the character or appearance of a conservation area.
