Proposed development at land off Willoughby Way, Piddington.
I give notice that Mr & Mrs M Ladd are applying to West Northamptonshire Council for planning permission to construct a self-build/custom build dwellinghouse and associated works including change of use of land to municipal yard for use by Hackleton Parish Council including siting of storage container (relocation).
Any owner of the land who wishes to make representations about this application should write to:- Development Management, West Northamptonshire Council, One Angel Square, Angel Street, Northampton, NN1 1ED within 14 days beginning with the date of publication of this notice.
NB “Owner” also includes a person with a leasehold interest, the unexpired term of which is at least 7 years.
