AT: 16,18-20 Castle Street Clitheroe BB7 2BX FOR: Listed Building Consent for
proposed re-roof. Application number: 3/2026/0602 and 3/2026/0604
AT: 2 Pendle Street West Sabden BB7 9EG FOR: Proposed replacement of external
windows and doors. Application number: 3/2026/0682
AT: 31 Pendle Street East Sabden BB7 9EQ FOR: Proposed replacement of
external windows and doors. Application number: 3/2026/0684
The following application/s constitute major development: -
AT: Land east of Clitheroe Road Whalley FOR: Proposed erection of 39 no.
dwellings with associated access, gardens, parking and landscaping areas.

Representations on the above application/s should be made in writing within 21 days
from the date of this Notice as, after this date, the Council is entitled to make a
decision. You can comment online, by email or write to the Director of Development,
Council Offices, Church Walk, Clitheroe, BB7 2RA quoting the application number.
Any representations received will be available for inspection by members of the
public on the website and in the Planning Department and will be sent to the
Secretary of State in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission.
