Order 2015, Notice Under Article 15 Application Number: NY/2026/0153/FUL Proposed development at land adjacent to the realignment of the A59 at Kex Gill from the west of the junction with North Moor Road & Blubberhouses. I give notice that North Yorkshire Highways is applying to North Yorkshire Council for planning permission for the permanent reprofiling and regrading of a field through the redistribution & placement of existing soils arising from the A59 Kex Gill highway scheme to create a revised landform, including associated drainage works & restoration to agricultural use. Members of the public may view the application, the plans, and other documents submitted with the application at North Yorkshire Council (Harrogate), Planning Department, Crescent Gardens, Harrogate, during all reasonable hours until 01/10/26. Please note that this may require a prior appointment. You are advised to check with the Council before making your visit. The application may also be viewed using the Online Planning Register on the Council’s web-site
