Take notice that application is being made by: Pomona Quarries Limited (Trading as Brice Aggregates), c/o Mr A Ward, Needingworth Quarry, Bluntisham Road, Needingworth, St Ives, Cambridgeshire PE27 4TA For planning permission to:

Creation of wetland habitat following excavation and processing of sand and gravel - application to revise the HGV routing agreement referred to in conditions A18 and A19 of planning permission CCC/25/082/VAR

Local planning authority to whom the application is being submitted: Cambridgeshire County Council, County Planning, Minerals and Waste Team, Box No ALC2613, New Shire Hall, Emery Crescent, Enterprise Campus, Alconbury Weald, Huntingdon, PE28 4YE

Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application should write to the Council within 21 days of this notice.
