Proposal: Proposal of a new waste recycling centre (WRC) to deal with household waste and small amounts of trade waste, including a new internal access road, parking and service yard to accommodate shipping containers, storage bins and skips and erection of a storage unit and welfare facility for staff along with a reuse shop and office (with photovoltaic panels), installation of CCTV, signage, landscaping/lagoon and associated works, widening of site access and provision of footpath from the site entrance to existing bus stop on London Road, including upgrades to the existing bus stops and improved pedestrian crossing points at Station Road and London Road and associated works.
