Notice is hereby given that an Environmental Statement has been submitted to Gwynedd Council in connection with planning application reference C25/0740/20/EIA.
Application made: 9 October 2025
Local Planning Authority: Gwynedd Council, Council Offices, Shirehall Street, Caernarfon, Gwynedd, LL55 1SH.
Proposed Development: Outline application with all matters reserved for the demolition of existing buildings and structures, re-grading of land and erection of a data centre building(s) with associated generators, plant, equipment, substations, access arrangements, parking, servicing areas, drainage and engineering works including service diversions/connections at Land at and adjacent to the former Ferodo Site, Griffiths Crossing, Caernarfon, LL55 1TP.
Copies of the application, plans, Environmental Statement and associated documents may be inspected during normal office hours at Gwynedd Council, Council Offices, Shirehall Street, Caernarfon, Gwynedd, LL55 1SH.
The documents will be available for inspection until 17 October 2026.

Copies are available while stocks last. A charge of £150.00 applies to copies in digital format to cover printing and distribution costs. A charge of £950.00 applies to copies in paper format to cover printing and distribution costs.
Any person wishing to make representations about the application should do so in writing to Gwynedd Council no later than 17 October 2026.
The proposed development is accompanied by an Environmental Statement containing information regarding the likely significant effects of the development on the environment.
