Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) - (England) Order 2015 - Notice Under Article 15(3) Of Application For Planning Permission Accompanied By An Environmental Statement
Proposed Development At: Former Ashley House site, Ashley Road, London, N17 9LZ.
I give notice that Re:shape T Ltd is applying to HARINGEY COUNCIL for: Full planning permission for a phased mixed-use development comprising: (i) enabling works and operations; (ii) residential development (Use Class C3) including affordable housing; (iii) shared living accommodation (Sui Generis); (iv) commercial and community floorspace (Use Classes E and F2); and (v) site-wide and/or phase-specific access, servicing, public realm, blue-badge parking, cycle parking, open space, hard and soft landscaping, utilities, plant and all other associated works.
And that the application is accompanied by an environmental statement.
Members of the public may inspect the application and copies of the entire environmental statement (ES), design and access statement (DAS), planning statement, proposed drawings, and cover letter under the files tab on the Council’s Public register using reference HGY/2026/2421.(https://publicregister.haringey.gov.uk/pr/s/).
