Rwyf yn hysbysu bod: GSC White House Farm Limited yn gwneud cais i Weinidogion Cymru am ganiatâd cynllunio mewn perthynas â Datblygiad o Arwyddocâd Cenedlaethol (DAC), sef: Mae’r datblygiad arfaethedig yn cynnwys fferm solar a system storio ynni batri (BESS). Byddai’r prosiect yn allforio hyd at 30MW o bwer i’r grid ac yn mewnfio hyd at 12MW o bwer ar gyfer storio batri.

NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 18 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION IN RESPECT OF DEVELOPMENT OF NATIONAL SIGNIFICANCE

Proposed development at: Land at White House Farm, Moorland Road, Freystrop, Pembrokeshire (SA62 4LE) and Middle Hill Farm

I give notice that: GSC White House Farm Limited is applying to the Welsh Ministers for planning permission in respect of Development of National Significance (DNS) which is:

The proposed development comprises a solar farm and battery energy storage system (BESS). The project would export up to 30MW of power to the grid and import up to 12MW of power for battery storage.

Members of the public may inspect copies of:

  • the application;

  • the plans; and

  • other documents associated with it

at: Pembrokeshire County Council, County Hall, Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire, SA61 1TP

during all reasonable hours until 21/10/2026 and, online at https://planningcasework.service.gov.wales/ - and search for ‘CAS-03107-C5X9W1’

THE APPLICATION IS ACCOMPANIED BY AN ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT

Members of the public may obtain copies of the Environmental Statement from: 5th Floor, Exchange Station, Tithebarn Street, Liverpool, L2 2QP, for a charge, so long as stocks last.

Anyone who wishes to make representations about this application must write to the Welsh Ministers (details below) by 21/10/2026. All representations received will be published online as soon as the deadline has passed.
