Notice is given that the following planning applications have been made:-
26/00680/CONDIT : NHS Property Services Hinckley And District General Hospital Mount Road Variation of conditions 3 (WSI), 4 (Scheme of Mitigation), 6 (Arboriculturist Details), 20 (CEMP) and 23 (HMMP) and new condition 24 (BNG) of planning permission 25/00461/ FUL to facilitate demolition of the existing building in advance of finalising the long-term strategy for the site Which is within a Conservation Area
26/00707/HOU : Mr Ken Hetherington 40 Hollycroft Hinckley Removal of existing garden chalet and erection of single storey annexe

Please make any comments online within 21 days (plus any Public Holidays) of the date of this notice quoting the reference above. If you are unable to submit comments online, comments will be accepted in writing to the postal address below they must also be received within 21 days of this notice. If your comments are received any later, the application may have already been determined. If you comment on this application electronically and provide your email address; in the event of revised plans that require reconsultation or an appeal being lodged in the future further correspondence will be via email
