NOTICE UNDER SECTION 67 AND/OR SECTION 73

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS AND CONSERVATION AREAS) REGULATIONS 1990 – NOTICE UNDER REGULATION 5 OR 13

The following planning applications have been received which are for Listed Building Consent and would affect the setting of a Listed Building:

1. Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent for Erection of single storey garden pavilion extension with link to existing dwelling facilitated via removal of window and alterations to masonry opening including associated alterations, landscaping and ancillary works at Staincliffe Hall, Staincliffe Hall Road, Staincliffe, Batley. Application Nos. 2026/92188 & 2026/92189.

The following planning applications have been received which are either within a Conservation Area or affect its setting:

2. Change of use of ground floor to residential, external alterations, installation of new entrance doors and windows and application of render finish at 38 & 40, Daisy Hill, Dewsbury. Application No. 2026/92040.

3. Change of use of first floor to 2 flats at 1st floor, 302/304, Bradford Road, Batley. Application No. 2026/92139.

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015

NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15

The following planning application has been received which affects a public right of way:

4. Change of use and alterations to convert existing building into one residential dwelling with associated private gardens and parking at Castle House, Oxford Road, Gomersal, Cleckheaton. (Footpath No. SPE/101/20). Application No. 2026/92140.

The following planning application has been received which is a departure from the Development Plan:

5. Use of land for siting of welfare cabin and erection of welfare cabin at Mount Cricket Club, Halifax Road, Staincliffe, Batley. Application No. 2026/92268. Dewsbury.
