NOTICE OF APPLICATIONS FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Notice is hereby given that the Council has received the following applications which need to be advertised for the reasons set out below:

P0765.26, 39 & 41 Reed Pond Walk, Romford, RM2 5PD. Replacement garages to serve Nos. 39 and 41 Reed Pond Walk.

The development is in a Conservation Area

P0953.26, Land rear of Rosemount Independent Financial Advisors, 9 Hare Hall Lane, Romford. The existing site is approximately 300m2 comprising of some car parking hardstanding, shrubs and hedging.

The proposal is to remove existing shrubs, hedging and concrete hardstanding and create a fit for purpose car parking area.

The development is in a Conservation Area.

P0999.26, Ivy Lodge Farm, Shepherds Hill, Romford. Outline application with all matters reserved for demolition of existing buildings and the erection of up to 79 residential units, and associated parking, hard and soft landscaping, and biodiversity improvements.

The application is in the Green Belt and does not accord with the provisions of the development plan.

P1012.26, 20 Emerson Drive, Hornchurch. Proposed loft conversion with rear dormer, front and side roof lights and conversion of garage into a habitable room

The development is in a Conservation Area.

P1041.26, 136 Balgores Lane, Romford. Removal of condition no.2 (Rear Vehicle access) of planning permission ref:P0255.23 dated 18/05/2023 as a vehicle access has been provided to the front (Demolition of a double garage within the rear garden)
