PLANNING APPLICATIONS

Great Yarmouth Borough Council has received the following planning application for development in the Borough, which is hereby advertised.

The Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 (Article 15).

THE PROPOSALS BELOW ARE ADVERTISED FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS:

(1) Affects a Conservation Area (2) Affects a Listed Building (3) A Major Development (4) A Departure from development plans

• The Old Bonds, King Street, Great Yarmouth; Construction of three storey rear extension to create 6no. self-contained 1 bed flats. Application No. 06/26/0639/F (1)

• 23 Hall Quay, Great Yarmouth; Part conversion of existing building to form three self-contained residential apartments. Application No. 06/26/0602/F (1,2)

• 23 Hall Quay, Great Yarmouth; Listed building consent for part conversion of existing building to form three self-contained residential apartments. Application No. 06/26/0603/LB (1,2)

• Haven Seashore Holiday Park, Great Yarmouth; Proposed Variation of Condition 1 (Occupation dates) of pp 06/98/0607/F (Seashore caravan park). Application No. 06/26/0662/VCF (3)

• Land East of Marsh Road and South of Rye Gardens, Fleggburgh; Construction of a detached custom self-build bungalow with associated cart shed, driveway and landscaping. Application No. 06/26/0659/F (4)

All representations will be recorded on a public file, be viewable on the Councils website, and will be referred to the Secretary of State’s inspector in the event of an appeal.
