Notice of further information and evidence relating to EIA Applications

PLEASE TAKE NOTE that the application detailed below, submitted by Liquid Funding Business Ltd on 22 April 2025, for planning permission, in respect of which an Environmental Statement has already been provided, has had further information and/or evidence provided to the Council. Further information has been provided as part of the Environmental Statement comprising: Additional information in relation to the following topic chapters of the Environmental Statement: Townscape and Visual; Built Heritage; Wind; Daylight, Sunlight and Overshadowing; Solar Glare; Socio-Economics and Human Health; Climate Change; and Noise and Vibration. 

Further amendments to non-Environmental Statement information comprising an amendment to the description of development, including the reduction in number of apartments from 752 to 723 including provision of 50 affordable homes; slight increase in commercial floorspace; reduction in height of Block A from 49 to 44 storeys; slight repositioning of Blocks A and B; and changes to external appearance of Blocks A and B have also been made. The additional information does not affect the overall conclusion of the Environment Statement.
