Proposal: Demolition and site clearance and the erection of a new 4-bay industrial unit, together with dedicated open storage areas, parking, hard and soft landscaping, and associated works.

Reason for Advertising: Departure from the approved Local Plan currently in force. Major Application for the purposes of the Order above as amended
