26/1211/FUL/WC: 49 London Road, Shenley, Radlett, WD7 9BN. Demolition of existing modern extension comprising the conservatory, kitchen and utility room. Reason: Conservation Area.
26/1164/FUL/MCO: Land North Of Potters Lane, Borehamwood. Hybrid application consisting of (i) A full planning application for 154 dwellings (Use Class C3), and the construction of a new synagogue (Use Class F1) landscaping and associated works with access from Potters Lane; (ii) An outline application with all matters reserved for the construction of a new care home (Use Class C2). Reason: Major Development.
25/0170/FUL/HHO: The Hertsmere, 30 Watling Street, Elstree, Borehamwood, WD6 3AA. Extension to existing driving range area with associated change in levels to north, east and west of the driving range and re-configuration of 12th, 16th and 17th holes with associated landscaping. Reason: Major Development in Green Belt & Public Right of Way.
Plans may be inspected by visiting our website at www.hertsmere.gov.uk/planning, at the Civic Offices, Elstree Way, Borehamwood (during normal office hours). Comments in writing, quoting the appropriate reference, to the Head of Planning at the Borehamwood offices within 21 days from the publication of this notice or 30 days if relating to an application accompanied by an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA).
Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices.
Please note should this application result in an appeal deemed suitable for the Part 1 Written Representation procedure, this may be the only opportunity for you to submit your representation. Should you wish to withdraw your original comment at appeal stage, you can do so within 4 weeks of the start date of an appeal.
