PROPOSED SEND RESOURCE BASE AT
COLTON HILLS COMMUNITY SCHOOL

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with Section
19(1) of the Education and Inspections Act (2006) and The
School Organisation (Prescribed Alterations to Maintained
Schools) (England) Regulations 2013 that the City of
Wolverhampton Council intends to make the following
prescribed alteration to:
Colton Hills Community School, Jeremy Road,
Wolverhampton, WV4 5DG
It is proposed that a 20-place Resource Base, for Social,
Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) be established at
Colton Hills Community School. This will support an
increase in demand for specialist places with effect from
1 September 2027.
